If we're a good fit, you'll have a plain-English design proposal within a week. It spells out what's included, what it costs, your timeline. You decide with everything in front of you. No guessing, no hidden fees.
3. You stay in your life. I design.
Give the green light and I take the mental load off you. I handle the details, starting with the floor plan and the storage zones, so you go back to your family and your work while I work out how to make your days easier.

Design usually takes one to four weeks, depending on the scope. We move at a steady pace, not rushed, because rushing the design is exactly how expensive mistakes happen on site.
Design is 10% of your spend, but it protects the other 90%.
The biggest misconception is that skipping design saves money. It doesn’t. You pay for design either way.
Upfront, in a plan your builder can price and follow. Or by the hour, while tradies make it up on site and you find the mistakes after you've already paid for them.
